elf Prism Eyeshadow Palette in "Sunset" || First Impression and Swatches :: Fall Eyeshadows

Hey guys!

I've been eyeshadow crazy lately. I've been itching to get my hands on both the Too-Faced Everything Nice Gift Palette and the MakeUp Geek Vegas Lights Palette. Have you seen/read reviews of these palettes? They look gorgeous! They have so many Fall to Winter shades I really want to try.

I really wanted to share this elf Prism Eyeshadow Palette called "Sunset" because I think it has beautiful Fall shades. I randomly found it in Target yesterday and I wanted to put this post up ASAP because I'm already in love with it! It only retails for $10.00 which is a bit more pricey than other elf products but still very reasonably priced if you ask me.

This isn't a review, it's more of a first impressions post.

These don't have individual eyeshadow names (boo!) so I decided to number them from left to right.

These remind me a lot of baked eyeshadows. They are very very metallic and shimmery, not one is matte. The box in which the palette came says you can wear them wet or dry. The swatches you see above are dry. I also used Wet N' Wild's Fergie Eye Primer. I think the pigmentation of 1,3,4,and 5 is very impressive. Numbers 2 and 6 are a bit more chalky and I did need to apply more to get an opaque look.

They did have some fall out but nothing to make me go bananas over.

The box also claims that these have a cream texture. I do agree that they have a LOVELY texture I wouldn't consider them to feel exactly like a cream. They do feel very fine and silky.

I can't wait to actually wear them and share with you some looks!

While you're looking at Fall to Winter palettes you might consider this for yourself or for a friend!

**Disclaimer: I bought this with my own money!

Lots of Love,
Camila
